Growkick Tools Live Verification QR Generator helps you create verification QR codes for certificates, reports, invoices, official documents and other business records. Enter a Reference ID and verification URL, and the QR code updates automatically as you type.
The generated QR code can be copied as an image, saved as a PNG file, or inserted into Microsoft Word when the tool is running inside a compatible Word Add-in environment. The tool is designed to make document verification faster and easier.
A verification QR code is a QR code that contains a web address used to open a verification page for a specific document, certificate, invoice or reference record. When someone scans the QR code, they can visit the verification URL associated with that document.
Growkick VQGW uses a Reference ID to create a unique verification destination. For example, a Reference ID such as SML/CM/11-25/1180 can be connected with a verification URL containing that reference.
The Live QR Generator automatically updates the QR code whenever you change the Reference ID or verification URL. There is no need to repeatedly generate the same QR code manually while preparing documents.
You can also use the Generate QR button whenever you want to manually generate the current QR code.
Growkick VQGW is designed with document workflows in mind. You can copy the generated QR image and paste it directly into Microsoft Word using Ctrl + V. When the page is running inside a compatible Microsoft Word Add-in environment, the Insert into Word option can insert the QR image directly into the Word document.
Enter the Reference ID or Certificate ID in the first field. Then enter your verification URL and use {RID} where the Reference ID should appear. The tool automatically replaces the placeholder with your Reference ID and generates the QR code.
After the QR code is generated, you can copy it, save it as a PNG image, or use the Insert into Word option when available.
